Cancellation Policy

We thank you for your understanding, cooperation and acceptance in following our cancellation policy.

Booking Fee

At the time of making a booking, you are required to accept our terms and conditions. This includes accepting booking fees when required and our no show/cancellation policy. Beauty at Bliss encourages you to read our policy prior to completing your booking. You will need to tick a checkbox to agree to this policy before completing your online booking. A card will need to be saved on file to secure your appointment. Should your service require a booking fee your card will be charged this amount which is deducted from the final price of your service at the completion of your service.

Cancellations/No shows/Late Arrivals

Should you need to cancel your appointment, in consideration for other clients who are wanting to secure an appointment we ask you to please do this as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24hrs hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the total price of the service you were scheduled for. Your saved card will be debited the corresponding amount.
Arriving late to your appointment will result in your appointment being shortened if time permits part of your treatment still being able to be performed. If you’re too late for your appointment our no show policy will apply.

If you have booked as part of a package of treatments and you do not show or provide notice you will lose the treatment as part of that package.


When scheduling an appointment with us a confirmation email and/or text is sent to the email and mobile phone number you entered at the time of booking with the time, date and appointment details. A reminder text message is also sent to you 48hrs prior to your treatment time to ensure you are aware of your booking. Please take note of the correct time and date and set reminders in your phone to ensure you are on time to your appointment.

Appointment Etiquette

Please allow enough time to arrive to your appointment and complete any necessary forms that were sent out to you prior to your arrival. If you are unsure of what is required please call the clinic on 9543 2445 or email
Arriving late to your appointment will result in your appointment being shortened. As we work by appointments we need to ensure we are running to schedule for our next client. If you are running too late to your appointment we may need to cancel (cancellation policy applies) and reschedule for another time.
Arrive alone to your appointment where possible. This is your time to enjoy and it allows your therapist to solely dedicate her time to you.
Where the appropriate clothing to your appointment depending on what service you are having.
Please be mindful of other clients having treatments and keep noise to a minimum. We provide skin treatments which clients schedule to switch off and relax.
